| Todd J. Drowlette is Principal and co-owner of IKON Realty Group. Prior to establishing IKON Realty Group, Todd spent 6 years with a retail brokerage firm in Latham where he most recently served as Vice President of Brokerage. Todd specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation and has worked with some of the country's foremost retailers and landlords.
Todd has relationships with many of the region's and nation's top retailers including: Hannaford, JC Penney, IHOP, CVS, First Niagara Bank, Kinderhook Bank, Label Shopper, Kids Deals, Peter Harris, TGI Fridays, Arizona Pizza Company, Starbucks Coffee Company, Dunkin Donuts, and Family Dollar, just to name a few. Todd's unique ability to help clients work through and overcome obstacles in difficult deals, has made him one of the northeast's most successful brokers.
Todd is actively involved in his community, volunteering as a BIG for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Capital Region, EQUINOX Food Pantry, Catholic Charities Holiday Outreach, the Wildwood Foundation, and other worthwhile organizations. Todd also returns regularly to his Alma Mater where he graduated with High Honors, Siena College, to speak to business students as an expert in retail real estate. |
