| Pat Haines joined IKON Realty Group at its inception in 2007. Prior to joining IKON Realty Group, Pat spent 14 years in commercial real estate with Schuyler Companies of Latham, New York. Pat's skill set is highly versatile and has allowed her to work extensively in all fields of commercial real estate. Prior to her tenure at Schuyler Companies, Pat worked for 16 years in retail, including 13 years as a district supervisor for a large, retail chain. During her retail career, Pat oversaw stores throughout New York and New England.
Pat has worked closely with many large clients including: Bon-ton Department Stores, Northeast Health, The AIDS Council for Northeast New York, Pioneer Savings Bank, First Niagara, SEFCU, and Office Max to name a few. Pat's attention to detail and ability to find locations for clients when other have had difficulty, make her an invaluable asset to all of her clients.
Pat Haines served on CIREB's Board of Directors for over 3 years, helping to build membership to over 500 brokers and salespersons currently. Pat also served on the Guilderland PTA and remains active in several other civic organizations. |
