| Bruce V. Ginsburg is Principal and co-owner of IKON Realty Group, LLC. Prior to establishing IKON Realty Group, Bruce spent 18 years with Schuyler Companies where he most recently was the Executive Vice President of the Brokerage Division. Bruce has extensive experience with Landlord/Tenant Representation, Leasing, Sales, Development, Investment Analysis and Market Analysis. He is committed to providing the highest standards of service in the commercial real estate industry.
Bruce has worked with many of the nation's top retailers including Office Max, West Marine, TJ Max, Price Chopper, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Eckerd, Hollywood Video, Blockbuster Video, Movie Gallery, GNC, just to mention a few. He has also worked with numerous restaurant chains including PF Chang's, Brinker International (Chili's, Romano's Macaroni Grill), Starbucks, TGI Fridays, Applebee's, Red Robin, Wendy's & Sonic.
Bruce is actively involved in his community, serving on the Board of Directors of Sidney Albert Albany Jewish Community Center, the Board of Directors at Daughters of Sarah Nursing Home, the Board of Directors of the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB) and Past President of CIREB. |
