| Joshua Wachs grew up in Albany, NY, earned his B.S. in Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park and his M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the University of Miami at Coral Gables, FL. After several other business endeavors, Joshua began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2003. He has since gained extensive experience in the industry and currently specializes in investment sales, portfolio analysis, and retail leasing. With his strong financial background, Joshua works closely with both buyers and sellers looking to expand their real estate holdings by analyzing all aspects of a deal, including leasing potential, value-adding, tax exchange benefits, management, and re-sale. |
